Lord Europe

Lord Europe comes from the outstanding breeding programme of Heike Pleines. Over many years, Heike and her late father, Werner, have carefully developed their lines. Lord Europe brings together two lines from their breeding programme.

His sire is the legendary Lord Leatherdale, also bred by Heike and Werner, and his dam Basjen carries the blood of Boston. Boston died at just six years old, but he left behind ten stallion sons, including Heike's stallion Bernay, as well as broodmares such as Lord Europe's dam Basjen.
